Yes. A standard 12-month lease is typically required to secure your suite.
What do I need to have ready to begin the rental process?
To get started, you’ll need to complete an application and submit the non-refundable application processing fee. Along with your application, please provide:
- A copy of your professional license
- Local business permit
- Tax Identification Number (TIN or EIN)
- Proof of professional business insurance

Once my application is approved, when can I move in?
Once your application is approved and all required fees are paid, we’ll begin customizing your suite. This process typically takes about one week, after which you can move in and begin serving clients.
