A: Yes. A standard twelve-month lease is typically required to secure your space.
Q: What do I need to have ready to begin the rental process?
A: The first step is to complete an application and pay the non-refundable application processing fee. Along with your application, you’ll need to submit:
- A copy of your professional license
- Local business permit
- Tax Identification Number (TIN or EIN)
- Proof of professional business insurance
Please note: Depending on the location, additional documentation may be required.
Q: Once my application is approved, when can I move in?
A: Once your application is approved and all applicable fees are paid, we’ll begin customizing your suite. This typically takes about one week. After that, you’re ready to move in and start seeing clients! - Is a lease or rental agreement required for Astoria Suites?
